Responsible for revenue generation through retail and up selling of all Spa services. What you will be doing: Performing massage & body services within the standards of Swissôtel Guest Relations Upsell Welcoming & Farewell Ensuring that the treatment and back of house areas are clean and well maintained in all times Qualifications Previous experience as a Massage Therapist required (Minimum 1-2 years) Certification from an accredited school of Massage required Current professional licenses CPR and First Aid certification is required Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Additional Information Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
