Description:

Job Duties :
1. Plan and organise wellness & recreational tours for visitors. Prepare itinerary, plan activities, manage bookings etc.
2. Managing wellness facilities and services, ensuring their smooth operation and exceptional quality.
3. Developing and implementing innovative wellness programs for tourists to enhance their overall experience.
4. Manage bookings, plan tours for various nationalities
5. Collaborating with various stakeholders to create partnerships and promote wellness tourism in New Zealand.
6. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.
7. Maintain efficient coordination of services which ensures smooth transition between activities, maximizing guest satisfaction.
8. Maintain high level of customer service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
9. Well-managed facilities create a positive and welcoming environment for tourists seeking relaxation and rejuvenation
