We are a Wendy’s franchise group operating 15 local restaurants. We are growing and looking for leaders to guide our in store teams. We are currently hiring and looking forward to meeting with qualified applicants in the listed locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have previous leadership, management, or supervisor experience to be eligible
• Previous Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Store manager background required
• Fast food is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply and be considered for the position.
• Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

  Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Have strong customer experience skills greeting and assisting all customers.
• Have strong communication skills and work well with crew members, supervisors, other assistant managers and store managers.
• Cashier experience with the ability to reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Help lead shifts, motivate crew members, assist with interviewing and training new hires, and manage other tasks required in the restaurant.
