Roles & Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are dispatched to meet customer demands.
• Maintain the physical and digital inventory by meticulously recording stock movements, conducting regular cycle counts, and performing stock takes.
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock in an efficient manner, utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to minimize spoilage and obsolescence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating foundational educational attainment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally 1-2 years, is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and best practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software is a significant advantage.
