Werkstudent (m/w/d) / Pflichtpraktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Supply Chain Management GKN Automotive ist einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von Antriebssystemen für die Automobilindustrie. Dein Aufgabenbereich: Neustrukturierung & Prozessoptimierung * Analyse und Neugestaltung ausgewählter SCM-Bereiche (z. B. Kundenlogistik) * Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen, Arbeitsweisen und bestehenden Prozessen * Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kundenlogistik und Fertigungssteuerung Schulungen & Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft * Durchführung von Trainings zur Prozessoptimierung * Begleitung und Unterstützung der Teamleiter im operativen Alltag Entwicklung von Controlling- & Steuerungstools * Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Dashboards * Erhebung relevanter KPIs zur Prozesssteuerung Dein Profil: * Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Studieneinrichtung mit Schwerpunkt SCM, Prozessmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang. * Eigeninitiative, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation. * Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse. * Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen. * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen. * Optimalerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb.
