Your mission Deine Aufgaben Regulatory & Compliance Projects Mitarbeit an regulatorischen Projekten und aktuellen Compliance-Themen im Finanzsektor Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. AI Act, AML/AMLA) Mitarbeit an Projekten rund um KI-Transformation, AI Governance und den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz neuer Technologien Recherche und Bewertung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse, Richtlinien und Kontrollen Monitoring & Kontrollen Unterstützung bei Compliance-Kontrollen und Monitoring-Aktivitäten Abstimmung von Feststellungen mit Fachbereichen sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen Digitalisierung, KI & Prozessoptimierung Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Compliance-Prozesse und Tools Mitarbeit an der Automatisierung und Optimierung interner Abläufe gemeinsam mit IT und Fachbereichen Unterstützung bei der Integration und Bewertung KI-gestützter Lösungen im regulatorischen Umfeld Mitwirkung an internen Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten Trainings & Awareness Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Compliance-Trainings Pflege und Anpassung von Schulungsinhalten Unterstützung beim Teilnehmermonitoring, Reporting und Reminder-Management Kommunikation & Reporting Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reportings und internen Kommunikationsunterlagen Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Richtlinien, Formularen und Dokumentationen Teilnahme an internen Meetings sowie Einblicke in Management- und Entscheidungsprozesse Your profile Das bringst du mit Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht, Management oder vergleichbar Interesse an regulatorischen Themen, Digitalisierung, KI und Zukunftstechnologien Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Claude) sowie erste Erfahrung im Prompting, Automatisieren oder einfachen Skripting-/Coding-Anwendungen von Vorteil Why us?
