Working Student AIT Support - MGSE (m/f/d)
Your Tasks

Assist in the procurement process of MGSE.

• Contribute to conceptual design and detailed development of MGSE.
• Draft technical documentation and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers or internal workshop and monitor procurement progress.
• Track delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of equipment.

Assist in researching and evaluating innovative robotic technologies to enhance automation and efficiency in AIT processes.

• Assist in the conceptual design of the solution.
• Participate in hands-on testing and validation of robotic systems and MGSE prototypes, including setup, data collection, and performance analysis during field trials.

Support MGSE Storage Implementation

• Assist in the conceptual design and planning of MGSE storage solutions.

Inspection and Documentation

• Participate in inspections of MGSE hardware and maintain accurate records in compliance with aerospace standards.

Maintenance Planning and Execution

• Assist in the implementation of a maintenance plan for the MGSE.
• Help schedule and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on MGSE assets.

Asset Management

• Populate and update MGSE asset data in the database, ensuring traceability and lifecycle tracking.

Documentation and Catalog Improvement

• Contribute to the enhancement of MGSE documentation, including manuals, procedures, and the internal MGSE catalog.

Knowledge Center Support

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the MGSE knowledge base, including best practices, lessons learned, and technical references.

Template and Tool Creation

• Develop and refine templates for data import/export processes related to maintenance and asset tracking.

Your Qualifications

Field of Study

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Production, or Logistics.

Language Skills

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills

• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with database systems and data handling.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a structured working style.
