ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Working Student in Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in supporting our European Success team, with a strong focus on the growth of our German market. You’ll work directly with our customers, universities, employers, and students - helping them succeed with the Handshake platform. This role is hands-on: you’ll be joining us during our busiest season (Back to School), so we’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and takes ownership of tasks with confidence.
Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our partners and strengthening Handshake’s presence in Germany.
