Wir verkaufen pflanzliche, schockgefrostete Gerichte im Abo – aktuell in DACH und Benelux. Wir wachsen schnell, und unser Finance Team braucht Verstärkung im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Deine Rolle Du unterstützt unsere Finance Managerin bei den operativen Themen rund um Rechnungen, Belege, Vorkontierung, Zahlungen und B2B-Abrechnung. Du arbeitest mit modernen Tools statt mit Papierstapeln und bekommst echten Einblick, wie Finance in einem wachsenden D2C-Unternehmen funktioniert. Was du machst Du arbeitest täglich in Moss, unserem Tool für Ausgaben- und Rechnungsmanagement: Lieferantenrechnungen prüfen, Kreditkartenbelege zuordnen, fehlende Belege nachverfolgen, Freigaben vorbereiten. Du übernimmst die Vorkontierung von Belegen und bereitest die Daten für DATEV Unternehmen online auf. Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Zahlungsläufen. Du erstellst B2B-Ausgangsrechnungen und versendest sie an unsere Kund:innen – in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Business Development Team. Du pflegst Lieferanten-, Kunden- und Buchhaltungsdaten in Google Sheets und unseren Finance-Tools. Du klärst Rückfragen zu Rechnungen, Belegen oder Freigaben mit den anderen Teams. Was du mitbringst Du musst kein:e Finance-Profi sein. Wichtig ist uns: gutes Zahlenverständnis, Sorgfalt im Detail und echte Neugier auf das Thema. We sell plant-based, flash-frozen meals on subscription – currently across DACH and Benelux. We're growing fast, and our Finance Team needs support in day-to-day operations. Your role You'll support our Finance Manager with the operational side: invoices, receipts, preliminary booking (Vorkontierung), payments, and B2B billing. You'll work with modern tools instead of paper stacks and get real insight into how Finance works inside a fast-growing D2C company. What you'll do You'll work daily in Moss, our spend and invoice management tool: reviewing supplier invoices, matching credit card receipts, chasing missing receipts, preparing approvals. You'll handle the preliminary account assignment (Vorkontierung) of receipts and prepare data for DATEV Unternehmen online. You'll support the preparation of payment runs. You'll create B2B outgoing invoices and send them to our customers – in close coordination with our Business Development Team. You'll maintain supplier, customer, and accounting data in Google Sheets and our finance tools. You'll handle questions on invoices, receipts, or approvals with internal teams. What you bring You don't need to be a finance pro. What matters: a good sense for numbers, attention to detail, and genuine curiosity for the topic.
