We are looking for an HR Admin Working Student (20 hours/week) onsite at our Berlin HQ, 3-5 days per week. We’re looking for a dedicated Working Student to join our People team and report directly to our HR Admin Manager. You will support a range of HR administrative processes, partner with internal stakeholders, and contribute to efficient and employee-focused operations. This opportunity is ideal for students aiming to develop strong HR foundations while continuing their studies! 🎯 What you will contribute Support our HR Admin Manager with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, maintaining employee records, and updating key systems such as our HRIS. Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience by preparing contracts, collecting required documents, and coordinating with relevant teams. Ensure the accuracy of employee data in all HR systems and contribute to regular data checks and audits. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and internal policies. Help streamline HR workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical, scalable solutions. Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including documentation standards and data protection requirements. 🤝 What you bring: Current and recent enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. First experience in HR through other working student or internship positions would be highly preferred. Strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and a reliable, structured way of working. Confidence in using Google Suite and Excel, and an interest in learning new HR tools and systems. A service-oriented mindset paired with curiosity and a genuine interest in HR topics. Motivation to learn, grow, and actively contribute to a high-performing People function in a fast-paced environment.
