Working student in quality management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Participation in all areas of Quality Management with a focus on Process Management
• Supporting process owners in defining, implementing, and improving business processes in their respective departments
• Model-based documentation of business processes using the OHB BPM tool
• Assisting in maintaining the process landscape and process documentation
• Independently handling sub-tasks to support internal improvement projects
• Supporting internal and external audits and tracking corrective actions

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, starting from the 3rd/4th semester
• Knowledge of process and project management is desirable
• Ideally, initial experience with common modeling standards, such as BPMN 2.0
• Analytical thinking skills with an independent, structured, and methodical working style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, wikis, and ticketing tools
• Very good command of German and English
