• Training Material Coordination:Collaborate with various functional departments to support the transfer of functional training content. Help structure, organize, and manage training materials tailored to departmental needs.
• Support the Implementation of Workday:Assist in the rollout of our new HR Information System “Workday” by helping with data preparation, testing, documentation, and user support specifically with regards to the Training Material Coordination.
• General HR Support:Provide administrative and operational assistance to the HR team.
