• are currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a commercial or marketing-related field
• have a passion for online marketing and all things digital. Ideally, you have some initial experience with online marketing or digital tools
• possess basic video editing skills (though this is not a must)
• have already worked with content management systems like WordPress or Typo3
• are highly organized and able to set priorities properly
• are a strong team player with excellent communication skills
• are fluent in German and have a good level of English

• support the paid social team with customer satisfaction management, including managing comments on Facebook, providing users with answers to their questions, and directing them to our customer support team
• support the social media team with hashtag generation and research on specific topics, such as studies, content themes, and relevant fields
• monitor competitors and their activities across various platforms
• support the performance marketing team with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks
• assist the SEO content team with daily tasks, contribute to cross-departmental projects, and gain deep insights into content management
• upload content in CMS environments
