Deine Aufgaben Du arbeitest direkt mit unserer People Performance & Culture Managerin beziehungsweise unserem Manager zusammen — der ersten People-Rolle im Unternehmen. Du bist die operative Entlastung, die dafür sorgt, dass der Aufbau der Funktion nicht an der Verwaltung erstickt. Du pflegst unsere Personaldaten in Personio: Stammdaten, Verträge, Abwesenheiten, Zeiterfassung — sorgfältig und aktuell. Du erstellst Verträge, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und Zeugnisse nach Vorlage. Du unterstützt die vorbereitende Lohnabrechnung: Datensammlung, Plausibilitätsprüfung, Zusammenstellung der Unterlagen für Steuerberatung und DATEV. F Du steuerst On- und Offboarding-Prozesse operativ: Checklisten, Equipment, Zugänge, Termine. Du unterstützt das Recruiting administrativ: Terminkoordination, Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen, Pflege des Bewerbermanagements. Du sorgst für saubere, DSGVO-konforme Personalakten und Dokumentation. Du übernimmst kleinere eigene Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung Dein Profil Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, gern mit Schwerpunkt Personal, BWL, Psychologie oder Wirtschaftsrecht — der Studiengang ist uns weniger wichtig als deine Arbeitsweise. Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und genau. Du gehst absolut vertraulich mit sensiblen Daten um. Gehälter, Krankmeldungen, Kündigungen. Du arbeitest eigenständig. Du bist sicher in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word. Du kommunizierst freundlich und verbindlich, auch wenn du zum dritten Mal an dieselbe Unterlage erinnerst. Responsibilities

Provide operational support to the People Performance & Culture Manager by maintaining personnel data in Personio and handling contract administration. Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, support payroll preparation, and assist with administrative recruiting tasks.
