SECURITY OFFICERS – WESTFIELD GEELONG

We’re excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the security contract at Westfield Geelong, with operations commencing from Monday 21 July 2025. We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Security Officers to join our team in Full-Time and Part-Time roles.
As a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers, and visitors, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Providing professional and friendly front-line customer service
• Responding to incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related events
• Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activity
• Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniques
• Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols
