onsemi EFK is seeking highly skilled and motivated technicians to become part of our state-of-the-art 300mm factory in Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, New York. Equipment/Maintenance Technicians sustain and run the fab floor with the primary responsibility of resolving equipment and process issues. Technician positions are shift positions working a compressed week of 12-hour shifts. onsemi is a 24/7 manufacturing facility providing technician support across all shifts. * Day shift 1 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 6:30 AM-7:00 PM * Day Shift 2 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:30 am -7:00 pm * Night Shift 1 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday e/o Saturday 6:30 pm - 7:00 am Includes 15% Shift Differential * Night shift 2: Wednesday, Thurs, Friday, e/o Saturday 6:30 PM-7:00 AM Includes 15% Shift Differential Sign-on bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign-on award in the gross amount of $5,000, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $1,250 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions). The first payment is payable within the first 30 days of you joining onsemi and quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. You must be an active employee with onsemi to receive these sign-on awards.
