Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wet Plant Lead to oversee the operations of our wet processing facility within the frac sand industry. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations of the wet plant, including screening, washing, dewatering, and conveying processes - Lead and coordinate a team of operators and technicians to ensure production targets are met - Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime - Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations - Maintain quality control standards for processed sand to meet customer specifications - Optimize plant processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability - Document operational data, prepare reports, and communicate progress to management - Assist in training staff on operational procedures and safety practices Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in plant operations, preferably within the frac sand or mineral processing industry - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of wet processing equipment and maintenance procedures - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions quickly - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Commitment to safety and environmental compliance - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and professional growth.
