Mint Northwest Ltd have over 25 years experience as a general building services company carrying out all manner of work from joinery, plumbing and electrical workright through to extensions and specialising in carrying out adaptation works for the elderly and disabled.
We have contracts with local housing authorities and the largest care home company in the country and we are now looking to expand.
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wet Room/Multi Skilled Operative to assist with this. To work on domestic properties across the North West. Experience working in this field will be an advantage
The applicant will need to be able to demonstrate some of the skills in the following areas:
Plumbing
Wall tiling to a high standard.
Basic joinery
Patch plastering
Painting/decorating
You must take pride in your work, have a flexible approach, be able to deal with customers courteous way, be punctual and reliable.
Must hold a current, valid driving licence (max 6 penalty points), as this position comes with a company vehicle.
A DBS Check will be carried out upon commence of employment.
Must have own tools.
39 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
