Job Description Design & Engineering Lead the design and technical development of water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation networks. Perform detailed hydraulic modeling for gravity systems and pressurized networks. Prepare high‑quality engineering drawings, design reports, and BOQs using Civil 3D/AutoCAD. Project Delivery Oversee planning, tendering, and construction supervision activities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration. Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals. Stakeholder & Regulatory Management Liaise with government authorities, utility providers, consultants, and developers. Ensure compliance with local standards, international best practices, and project specifications. Support obtaining NOCs, approvals, and permits. Quality & Risk Management Conduct site assessments, technical evaluations, and design reviews. Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience in the design and delivery of water-related infrastructure networks. Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and leading hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANET). Strong understanding of regional authority regulations and infrastructure standards. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working on large-scale development or master planning projects is an advantage.
