REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

Education:

  • Associate’s/Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in training coordination, LMS administration, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) or comparable authoring tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including conditional formatting, pivot tables, and formula functions.Google Workspace.
  • Canva.
  • Soft Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.Commitment to confidentiality and data security.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
  • If selected for an employment opportunity with Elica Health Centers, external hires must provide proof of immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella & Tetanus), tuberculosis clearance, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination status* prior to their scheduled start date. The Workforce Development Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and tracking of employee training and development initiatives. This role ensures smooth administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), manages reporting dashboards, and assists in maintaining workforce development intranet content.
