Key Responsibilities Connect with members through virtual meetings (and occasionally in person) to discuss benefit options they have requested. Present and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Help families identify programs that align with their specific needs. Maintain strong relationships by providing dependable service and consistent follow-up. Continue building your expertise through training programs and leadership development. Ideal Candidate Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable using basic technology such as video calls and online systems. Self-directed with good organizational habits.
