JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a WFH Business Development Manager, Renewable Energy at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on acquiring new clients across Renewable Energy/ Power industry , nurturing relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with Renewable Energy/ Power clients. You get the opportunity to Work From Home and earn based on profits-sharing . There will be training provided!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in Renewable Energy/ Power industry .
  • Relevant working experience in Renewable Energy/ Power industry is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
