JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a WFH Business Development Manager, Renewable Energy at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on acquiring new clients across Renewable Energy/ Power industry , nurturing relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with Renewable Energy/ Power clients. You get the opportunity to Work From Home and earn based on profits-sharing . There will be training provided!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in Renewable Energy/ Power industry .
- Relevant working experience in Renewable Energy/ Power industry is required for this role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target clients in the Renewable Energy/ Power industry, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs.
