You will connect with individuals who have requested information, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available options while providing a high level of client service. Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom Assess client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options Explain coverage details and support clients through the enrollment process Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications Deliver high-quality client service while building long-term relationships Participate in training sessions, leadership development programs, and team collaboration Qualifications Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in management, leadership, consulting, client service, or operations environments Strong organizational skills and accountability when working remotely Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools A service-focused mindset and commitment to helping others Experience in customer service, leadership, consulting, client success, or sales management is helpful but not required.
