Job Summary We’re seeking a Remote Insurance Agent / Enrollment Manager who is both a results-driven sales professional and an inspiring leader. This hybrid role blends the responsibilities of an insurance agent with the supervisory duties of an enrollment manager, ensuring that you not only excel in your personal sales but also guide and develop a high-performing remote team. Responsibilities Insurance Agent Duties Identify sales opportunities by networking, referrals, and online marketing. Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend customized policies (Life, Health, Auto, Home, and Business). Process applications, policy renewals, and modifications accurately. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and product offerings. Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to retain satisfied policyholders. Enrollment Manager / Leadership Duties Recruit, train, and mentor a remote team of licensed agents. Monitor performance metrics, providing guidance to help team members meet sales targets. Foster a positive, results-driven culture, ensuring top-tier client interactions. Oversee new agent onboarding, licensing support, and systematic training. Coordinate with leadership to refine and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) is required. Leadership or supervisory experience is highly valued (background in sales or insurance is a plus). Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with strong communication and coaching skills. Proficient in virtual platforms (Zoom, CRM tools, Google Suite) with a reliable home office setup (Windows PC/laptop, stable internet, camera). Passionate about mentoring others while pursuing personal sales success.
