JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will require you to liaise with technicians, field, DST and WFM teams, ensuring that all administrative duties and requests regarding the management of offline activity and hours are actioned and up to date.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as a centralised first point of contact for Technicians & Operations managers for all enquiries about hours and time off requests to ensure that the resource plan is updated in a timely manner
  • Manage relocations for field Technicians
  • Administer and process change requests that affect productivity and efficiency within Salesforce
  • Ensure all skill levels, time off requests, non-availabilities and roster amendments are up to date within Kronos and Salesforce to ensure the highest levels of accuracy
  • Conduct housekeeping and system administration for all modules in the Kronos application, and using system knowledge and experience, identify system and process improvements
  • Update and produce reports on a daily / weekly / monthly or as required basis – to ensure that technicians have the latest view of hours and holidays via PDA and that new starters have entitlements allocated to them
  • Deal with Ad-hoc queries and perform administrative duties as required from all steps within the resource planning cycle

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Good MS Office knowledge and Excel skills
