David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a WFM Manager to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. Position: WFM Manager Location: São Paulo, Brazil Employment type: Full-time Work model: on-site Benefits: base salary. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives Manage a team of 15-20 WFM Specialists Forecast staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and skill allocation Oversee scheduling processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and cost control Manage workforce management systems for time, attendance, and capacity planning Analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce planning with business strategy Lead, coach, and develop workforce management and BI teams Monitor and report on key workforce metrics including staffing levels, productivity, overtime, and costs Manage workforce management budgets and resource allocation Drive operational best practices and process optimization Design and implement training programs for workforce management teams Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders Proactively address operational challenges and support business growth. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce management or people operations leadership roles Native/fluent in Portuguese. Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and reporting solutions Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Understanding of Brazilian labour legislation Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style Successful applicants must be able to spend the initial 2–3 months of employment at the Bogotá (Colombia) office as part of the training and onboarding process.
