Location: Makati Work Setup: Onsite Shift Schedule: Night Shift Responsibilities: Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes that maximize workforce efficiency and boost productivity. Assess staffing demands and predict upcoming scheduling needs to stay ahead. Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure schedules perfectly align with recruitment and training plans. Proactively monitor and adapt schedules in real-time to effectively handle any changes and resource challenges. Produce insightful reports on scheduling performance, workforce utilization, and key metrics. Suggest innovative strategies to continuously improve scheduling effectiveness and elevate service quality. Requirements: At least 12 months of proven experience in scheduling or workforce management in the BPO sector Must be amenable to start ASAP Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
