REQUIREMENTS

• Workforce management experience
• Call centre Dispatch experience (a plus)
• Experience using CRMs
• Use of Excel
• Shift availability
• Effective communication with the team
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet precise deadlines.

As a bilingual scheduler, you will Manage monthly scheduling operations.

• Schedule updated training for security guards.
• Leverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costs. for Inter-Con Security’s client.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the admin team at the site assigned.
• Coordinate with trainers for scheduling dates and special trainings.
• Open and close requisitions to maintain the operational staff.
• Communicate with officers over master schedules, training schedules, updated schedules, removals (depending on the project).
