Last summer, the team of The Black Whale opened the Whale’s Tail Clam Bar on Pier 3 in New Bedford. The vision for the Whale’s Tail is an old school “clam bar”: a “shack” serving fresh, locally caught seafood in a casual, beachy environment. It’s a place that is fun and cool, where locals can gather and get a taste for the fishing industry. The Whale’s Tail was a hit! Now, we are fully open for the summer and draw even more attention to the area.
We are looking for counter servers to come on board for the summer! We are looking for individuals with a passion for providing great service to the community. The position’s responsibilities include interacting with guests, entering orders, and upkeep of the outdoor seating area. We are looking forward to adding new members to our team for a great summer!
