WHEELED LOADING SHOVEL OPERATOR/ LABOURER (3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

We are seeking to recruit a wheeled loading shovel operator/labourer to work at our manufacturing plant based at Aintree, Liverpool on a 3 month fixed term contact.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working in the Concrete Block Production Industry.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and hold the relevant tickets for the operation of the above plant., however training can be given.
We require enthusiastic applicants who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and working as part of a team who are reliable, committed, and hardworking.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 2 shift rotation –
week 1- 05:30 to 14:00, week 2 – 13:45 to 22:30
Saturday mornings – when required.
Holiday entitlement: 21 days + statutory bank holidays
FLEXIBILITY around working hours is essential.
Salary: £14.04 per hour for basic 39 hours then overtime thereafter.
About the candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing and production background in process operation and will preferably be experienced and hold the relevant tickets for the operation of the above plant. Training will be given for all other aspects of the job.

- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Previous experience within a similar industry – preferred.
