  Assist with set up, execution, and tear down of events held on the Memorial Rink, and ensuring guest satisfaction.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   * Assist with the execution of special functions on the Memorial Rink, including set up/tear down of tables and chairs * Able to work in a team environment and communicate well with others * Operate cash register and provide accurate change to cash paying customers * Maintain clean and organized work space; perform daily cleaning duties * Ensure that guests are satisfied with accommodations * Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
