JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards.  Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations. Is a part of the Wheels team, operating the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell and is runner for any guest requests. Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.
