Responsible for answering prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling vacation ownership (80%) Attend meetings as required (10%) Ensure compliance with; Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, MCCO Performance Expectations (5%) Set and review weekly performance goals (5%) MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have? Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED Successful completing of on boarding training All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses Participate in coaching sessions Excellent communication skills Strong client focus Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience) Ability to overcome objections Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment Deliver on the Wyndham promise MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel Minimum of 6 months marketing experience, preferably in a production driven environment Where Memories Start with You Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
