Our Sales Associates Will Also * Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home * Photography experience not required * Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience * Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively * Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers * Operate POS system and photography equipment * Maintain a safe and clean working environment * All other tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Team player who can work independently * Comfortable greeting and working with families and children * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling * Professional attire and good hygiene are a must * Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses * Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays * Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed Knowledge, Experience & Skill * Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required * At least 16 years of age * Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time * Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently What Else Can You Expect * A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment * Career advancement opportunities * Referral program * One free photo package for friends and family per staff member * Must be used 2 weeks before the close of each season ** All Sales Associates/Photographers, who are at least 18 years of age, will have the opportunity to work as Bunny Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for the following tasks: * Engage with guests in positive, energetic, and professional manner * Pose for photos with children and families * Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view * Drive positive customer experiences * Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time * Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently * Strong stamina and physically able to handle the demands of a full body costume, including limited visibility/mobility and high temperature We Work Together to Win Together Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime. Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will capture moments by taking photos and providing guests with memorable souvenirs while delivering world-class guest service. Responsibilities also include operating the POS system, maintaining a clean environment, and participating effectively as a team member.
