Your key responsibilities will include; Training across our complete range of products, theory-based learning and direct hands-on experience in all aspects of our service business Support the workshop while gaining the skills to perform basic repairs while learning the essentials of appliance servicing Complete all paperwork, forms, and other documents as they relate to service work Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions Take all practicable steps to ensure your own health & safety at work Experience required: Customer service experience Good time management Commitment to learning Effective communication skills Sound problem solving skills What Next?
