As a Whiteware Apprentice, you’ll receive comprehensive training across all aspects of appliance repair and servicing. You’ll learn on the job, supported by experienced technicians, while building the skills needed for a long-term career in the service industry. What you’ll be doing: Undertake structured training across our full range of products, combining theory-based learning with hands-on experience Support the workshop team while developing the skills to carry out basic appliance repairs Learn the fundamentals of appliance servicing and diagnostics Complete service-related paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately Build and maintain strong product knowledge through training sessions, service manuals, and other learning resources Follow all health and safety requirements and take responsibility for your own safety at work What we’re looking for: Customer service experience or a strong customer-focused attitude Good time management and organisational skills A genuine commitment to learning and developing new skills Clear and effective communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and a practical mindset What’s next?
