Descripción del empleo As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our wholesale business within your area, ensuring strong commercial results, operational excellence, and a premium brand experience across all points of sale. You will manage a network of approximately 90 points of sale across Cataluña, Alicante, Islas Baleares, and Zaragoza, with a high travel frequency of around 80%. In this role, you will act as the key connection between head office and the field, building strong relationships with our partners, supporting store teams, and ensuring the Rituals brand is represented at the highest standard. As our Wholesale Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be: Driving sales performance and delivering targets across your area Managing and developing a network of around 90 wholesale points of sale Building strong relationships with wholesale partners and store stakeholders Ensuring excellent in-store execution, visibility, and brand image Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities for growth Coaching and training store teams to strengthen product knowledge and customer experience Supporting product launches, commercial initiatives, and promotional activities Ensuring operational excellence in stock, testers, POS materials, and reporting Requisitos To be successful in this role, you bring: Proven experience in wholesale, field sales, area management, or retail operations Ideally a background in beauty, cosmetics, perfumery, luxury, or premium retail A strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Experience influencing and coaching teams in a multi-store environment Strong planning, organization, and communication skills A hands-on, proactive, and autonomous approach Fluency in Spanish and English Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, with around 80% travel across the assigned area Rituals Job Grade HO: 13 Rituals Job Family: Coordination & Support Departamento: Local Head Office Head Office Department: Wholesale
