We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to bolster Holland Cooper’s wholesale business. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with retail clients and distributors, driving account growth, and ensuring seamless delivery of all required marketing and sales collateral.
This role places you at the heart of Holland Cooper’s wholesale strategy. You’ll drive growth across new and existing markets, collaborating with cross-functional team, from Product and Planning to Marketing, to champion the brand’s expansion and ensure its continued success in the luxury fashion sector.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience At least 2 years’ experience in wholesale or account management roles within fashion, retail, or buying environments.
  • Core Skills Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Comfortable managing commercial relationships and delivering client-first results.
  • Organizational Excellence Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage order flows, and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Tech-proficiency Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Brightpearl, JOOR, Nuorder), Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and wholesale/order management tools.

Responsibilities

· New Business Development Identify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale accounts, ranging from boutiques and retail chains to international distributors.
· Account Management & Growth Nurture existing client relationships with regular engagement, strategic selling, and upselling to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
· Sales Strategy & Forecasting Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic plans that support revenue and margin objectives.
· Order & Inventory Coordination Manage order processing, inventory alignment, and supply planning in coordination with logistics, planning, and merchandising teams.
· Trade Show & Promotional Support Represent Holland Cooper at trade events, support marketing initiatives, and deliver tailored collateral to key accounts.
