We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to oversee our wholesale operations, drive business growth, and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development. Duties - Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective wholesale strategies - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions - Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and clients - Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance - Drive business development initiatives to expand the wholesale customer base Qualifications - Proven experience in wholesale management, account management, or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
