It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.  We are currently looking for a Wholesale Business Controller to join our European Controlling Department at Diesel’s Head Office in Milan. Reporting directly to the Wholesale Controlling & Planning Manager Europe, the role will interact daily with the Wholesale team, the European Controlling Department, and various Diesel HQ functions. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to navigate our dynamic and matrix organization. The ideal candidate will play a kay role in driving cost efficiency, managing closing and planning processes, and supporting business decision-making with accurate and timely insights.Activities Act as a key business partner for the Heads of Sales (HoS) across Europe, providing strategic financial support and ensuring alignment between commercial goals and financial targets. Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities for the Wholesale business. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying variances vs targets and highlighting potential risks or opportunities. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting files for the Wholesale Director and the Finance Director, providing clear insights into business performance. Support strategic decisions through financial analysis, simulations, and investment evaluations (e.g. new store openings). Monitor and control commercial initiatives and agreements to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data in line with Group policies and procedures.
