Our client, a well-established and respected wholesale business in West Belfast, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Client Sales Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships while ensuring seamless order fulfilment.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS, THIS ROLE IS A 4AM START.

Location: West Belfast
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and grow relationships with existing wholesale clients
• Coordinate and process orders, manage shipment tracking, and resolve any order-related issues
• Monitor sales performance and profitability metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, product details, and delivery updates
• Conduct on-site visits to strengthen client engagement
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
