JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cold Brew and Coffee Manufacturing Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production of our high-quality coffee products, with a specific focus on cold brew. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in coffee production or food manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds & 30lbs overhead).
• Ability to lift, bend, scoop, reach, and stand for long hours.
• Maintain consistent attendance to work
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Cold Brew Production: Execute the cold brew production process from start to finish, including brewing, filtering, and packaging. Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every batch.
• Coffee Manufacturing: Assist in the manufacturing of various coffee products, including grinding, roasting, weighing, packaging, and blending as needed. Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and maintain efficient workflow.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the production process, including sensory evaluations and visual inspections. Identify and address any deviations from quality standards promptly.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform regular cleaning of production areas, equipment, and utensils according to established procedures.
