We are TBCo, a B Corp-certified brand on a mission to create easy-to-style statement pieces that elevate your outfit and home. We’re looking for a commercially driven and brand-focused, London based Key Accounts Manager to join our team and grow our global wholesale presence.

As a Key Accounts Manager at TBCo, you will:
- Identify, open and grow new retail partnerships with stores that align with our brand values and positioning - with a focus on London and the US.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail buyers to drive account growth, increase order values and secure reorders.
- Represent TBCo at trade fairs, showroom appointments and industry events in London, the US and beyond.
- Lead tailored buyer appointments, ensuring TBCo is a trusted and valued partner.
- Gather and share product feedback from buyers to support future range planning and identify exclusive collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with our product, design and marketing teams to develop bespoke tools for wholesale partners - from lookbooks and catalogues to POS.
- Support the Wholesale Co-ordinator with major account activity, attending meetings and events as part of their development.
- Oversee the full order process in partnership with our Customer Experience (CX) team - ensuring accurate uploads, smooth logistics and timely fulfilment.
- Ensure all stockists align with TBCo’s brand values, brand positioning, and commitment to quality.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in B2B sales, key account management, and business development in the fashion, homeware, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong network-building and relationship management skills, with a natural flair for hosting and selling.
- A highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for design-led, responsible retail.
- Sales focussed, with a strategic approach to growing accounts while maintaining brand integrity.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- A strong visual and brand ambassador, ensuring TBCo is represented at the highest level.

Details:
- Location: London (with regular travel to the US & monthly visits to Edinburgh HQ)
- Hours: 22.5 - 37.5 hours per week (negotiable)
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
