Description Company: Filo Mortgage, LLC dba Everstream Mortgage FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Work Location: Remote Summary: The purpose of the Senior Wholesale Account Executive (AE) position is to partner with mortgage brokers to place loans with Everstream Mortgage. AEs are responsible for obtaining new broker relationships, as well as expanding upon existing accounts, increasing their closed loan volume through strategic, targeted, and quality relationships. Due to the nature of this sales position, AEs work independently and in collaboration with our ops team, continually growing a network of third-party mortgage brokers. AEs are responsible for upholding Everstream's commitment to its brokers and borrowers, maintaining a high standard in customer service and professional ethics. Duties and Duties and Responsibilities Business Development Identify and sign on qualified third-party originator/broker accounts Conduct sales calls with prospective accounts to determine strategic fit and opportunity Provide training to third-party originators including how to price and register loans, review of products and guidelines and current procedures Communication Customer Service Provide support and service to accounts and their staff Serve as a liaison between accounts and operations teams Work with management and internal team to maintain professional and respectfulpartnerships with accounts Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Self-starting, self-reliant, highly motivated, and dependable•Efficient in time-management and ability to organize and prioritize tasks•Strong problem-solving ability and the resolve to overcome sales obstacles•Experienced in Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR and Non-QM loans Education, Training Experience High school diploma required, college degree preferred•Recent Wholesale Account Executive experience required•Minimum of 5 years of mortgage industry experience required
