I’m not only grateful that they’ve helped me achieve my goals, but also that I can give them a place where they can achieve theirs.” - MICHAEL KORS - We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Operations Support Administrator (Customer Service) What You’ll Do: Communicate with Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents and Accountancy and the customer; Evaluate customer claims and communicate the results back to the customer; Issue credit notes and other financial documents independently; Enter return authorizations, communicate return requirements to the customer and organize return shipments with Logistics and in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative; Enter, manage and release orders, reorders and swaps in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative; Data entry and update of Customer Master data in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative; Develop and maintain good partnership with customer’s contacts; Act promptly to notify and solve issues; Become confident with the company system database and IT tools; Support Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents and Accountancy with regular and accurate data to keep control of customers; Improve knowledge of the IT systems to increase quality of reports on shipments, claims and orders You’ll Need to Have: College Degree; Computer Literate with good skills in Excel and other IT systems; Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written); German, Spanish, Italian or French is a plus Knowledge of the basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales and Finance of Fashion/Luxury organizations is a plus.
