Description Parts by Cochran We have an immediate need for an experienced Wholesale Outside Sales Representative at our Natrona Heights Parts By Cochran Facility. Our business is rapidly growing, and we need quality minded candidates with a great work ethic. Our Outside Sales Representatives are ambitious go-getters who not only find and win new customers but also promote our Wholesale Parts Warehouse and services to our existing wholesale customers. Responsibilities Drive growth of the Parts By Cochran customer base, sales and profits Promote the entire portfolio parts, products and programs to wholesale customers Work with the Wholesale Parts Director and managers to develop plans to increase sales Proactively initiate, contact, manage, and develop leads within the Pittsburgh region and the surrounding areas Achieving personal and company sales goals Identify specific needs of customers, then develop and implement win-win resolutions Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer challenges, complaints, and questions in person, by email or telephone Qualifications Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer objections, closing the sale and account maintenance and development Prior experience in a dealership, after-market store or other retail experience in the automotive industry 2+ years of experience in a customer focused role preferred Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment Proficient with MS Office Experience with CRM technology a plus Current and valid driver license Must be willing to work flexible hours 2+ years of parts experience We welcome all replies in strict confidence.
