Job Description The Wholesale Partner Support Manager plays a key role in supporting the Wholesale Sales Partner Support team by delivering ongoing training, daily coaching, and hands-on guidance. This role ensures team members have the knowledge, resources, and leadership needed to resolve issues effectively and provide high-quality support to our partners. The primary objective of the Partner Support Manager is to strengthen the overall expertise of the Partner Support team while providing clear direction, structured development, and appropriate management. By fostering a knowledgeable, confident, and well-supported team, this role helps enhance partner satisfaction and contributes to the long-term success of the wholesale sales organization. Primary Job Duties: Oversee and provide leadership to the Partner Support team, ensuring effective performance and alignment with department goals. Develop and deliver continuous training programs to strengthen the team’s product knowledge, process proficiency, and overall expertise. Offer day-to-day guidance by assisting the team in resolving loan-level challenges, addressing partner inquiries, and managing escalation issues. Join partner-facing calls as necessary to provide clarification, resolve concerns, and support relationship-building efforts. Review escalated files from a strategic, high-level perspective and collaborate with Operations Management to craft effective, innovative solutions. Create, update, and maintain tools, resources, and documentation for the Sales team, including materials housed on the Partner Portal. Assist the Director of Wholesale Sales Operations with special projects, operational initiatives, and process-improvement efforts as needed. Qualifications Required Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry, with a strong background in partner support and/or processing. Proficiency with ReverseVision, QuantumReverse, Comergence, Figure, and ICE platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools. Advanced understanding of reverse mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and industry standards. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation paired with solid analytical capabilities. Intermediate proficiency in core PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on analysis and creative, solution-driven outcomes. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via annual bonus that is based on individual performance.
