The Yachimec Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Wholesale Parts Counter Person to join our team. This position will assist both customers and technicians locating required parts and providing pricing. We will provide a competitive compensation package and opportunity to assist and fulfill wholesale orders as well.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • CDK experience an asset
  • Previous automotive parts counter experience
  • Forklift license required
  • Basic parts and mechanical knowledge
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent phone and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Billing out parts and providing quotes for the Service Department and customers
  • Completing phone orders
  • Maintains inventory as required
  • Provide exceptional service to, internal customers including technicians, service advisors, and sales people
  • Review repair and parts orders to ensure parts accuracy before the Service Department bills invoice counter sales
