We are seeking a Wholesale planner to optimize inventory and sales across our wholesale channels, ensuring our partners receive the right product at the right time while supporting company growth objectives. Role Overview: The Wholesale Planner will manage inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment for wholesale accounts. This role works closely with sales, supply chain, and merchandising teams to balance demand and supply, maximize revenue, and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain wholesale sales forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, and promotions. Plan and allocate inventory for wholesale accounts to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockouts or overstock. Collaborate with the supply chain and production teams to align inventory production with demand plans. Monitor sales performance and inventory levels across wholesale channels, adjusting plans as needed. Support the wholesale sales team with reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights. Track KPIs such as sell-through rates, stock levels, and revenue performance. Maintain strong communication with wholesale partners to address inventory needs and promotional planning. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in wholesale planning, inventory management, or demand planning in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory planning tools; experience with ERP systems preferred. Knowledge of wholesale operations, including order management, replenishment, and forecasting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
