Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
Joe’s Jeans is looking for a Wholesale Planner who will partner with Merchandising, Sales and Production to ensure consistency and best practices across our men’s and women’s denim categories. Reporting to our Director of Wholesale Planning, you’ll plan inventory levels, ensure key milestones and deliverables for all planning activities are successfully achieved for the division. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in related role

    Salary Range: $71,200 - $90,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate’s educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
Responsibilities
  • Review, manage, and maintain inventory levels to optimize inventory turns and maintain customer fill rates.
  • Forecasting seasonal and core products and update regularly to adjust for changes in demand and sales metrics, ensure that sales forecasts are consistent with events, strategies, and business issues
  • Maintain size scales; compile size scales provided by sales and balance to inventory need.
  • Manage core replenishment style forecasts and inventory processes for key customers.
  • Assist in building and managing the calendar with sales, merch and production to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Sales to create assortment plans and demand plans by season for each assigned account, ensuring all key products are placed
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by division/department and class.
  • Build and foster cross-functional relationships to drive improved metrics throughout the business.
  • Create ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitability and minimizing risks
  • Complete standard reporting and Analysis.
  • Responsible to achieve net sales and GM targets
  • Complete ad Hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
